Our Classes

Every class is dedicated to progression — and designed to incorporate all Pilates apparatus.

Small Group Reformer

Small—Group Sessions

Begin Your Journey

Experience the complete Classical Method — taught with precision in a deliberately small group setting in Port St. Lucie.

From the moment you walk in, the difference is clear. The level of instruction, the attention to detail, the way you are guided — everything reflects a higher standard. Every client is seen, challenged, and progressed with attention. Nothing is generalized. Nothing is overlooked.

What makes it special: Practice 2–3× per week. Our classes are not “reformer only” — we incorporate ALL Pilates equipment and Mat Pilates to deliver the true Method. The work is never diluted.

Why Pilates: Because it’s not just a workout — it’s a system. Designed to restore balance, improve function, and develop strength with intention. Whether your goal is strength, flexibility, weight loss, better sport performance, improved physical and mental well-being, or injury recovery, Pilates will get you to renewed vitality.

What makes us special: Begin where you are and the work will meet you there. The work is introduced, guided, and built over time. You walk out feeling challenged yet accomplished — and knowing you have finally “found your place” in a world of too many choices.

Private Pilates Sessions in Port St. Lucie

Reserve a Private

This is where the work becomes truly personal. One-on-one instruction allows for a level of precision, attention, and progression that cannot easily be replicated in a group setting.

Before your first session

What to Expect in Class

Everything you need to know to show up prepared and fully present.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to check in, settle in, and prepare mentally for your practice. If you arrive early, we have a lovely lobby with comfortable seating in the building.

What to Wear

Wear fitted, comfortable clothing that allows you to see your body and move freely. Avoid loose or baggy clothes that can get caught in the equipment. Please do NOT wear any clothing with metal — zippers, buttons, belts, snaps, etc. — as it can damage the upholstery.

Jewelry, Hair & Perfume

Please refrain from wearing jewelry during your sessions — it can get caught in the springs and/or damage the equipment. Long hair must be worn up for safety. Out of respect for clients with allergies or asthma, please skip heavy perfumes and fragrances. And because we are very “hands-on,” we keep a fabric roller on hand for the hair your 4-legged friends leave on your leggings when you kiss them good-bye on the way out the door.

Footwear

Grip socks are not required, but welcomed. Bare feet are perfectly fine and give you the most direct connection to the equipment.

Equipment

All equipment, props, and accessories are provided.

Cleanliness

Clients wipe down everything that was touched during a session using the disinfectant we provide.

Phones & Smart Watches

Please silence cell phones and step into the hallway for any calls. We ask that you not respond to Smart Watches during your session — this is your time.

Hydration

A filtered water cooler and cups are provided — or bring your own. No glass allowed in the studio.
