Program Overview

Our Classical Comprehensive teacher training program combines in-depth Mat and apparatus training with mentorship, observation, and hands-on practice teaching. The program totals 500 hours of education and practical experience — designed to equip you with the anatomical knowledge, cueing skills, and teaching confidence needed to lead with excellence.

i.

Curriculum

This is not just about learning how to "do Pilates." You will be trained to observe, assess, and respond in real time — developing the skills to teach the Method with precision, confidence, and depth. Comprehensive study of Mat and all equipment.

ii.

Observation, Practice Teach & Self-Practice

All learning takes place LIVE, in our Port St. Lucie studio. Teachers in Training have access to the studio for practice hours, observation hours, and self-practice time.

iii.

Test Out

Test out includes a written test and a practical test. By the time you "test out," you will arrive knowing you have done the work required for a successful outcome — every detail is laid out ahead of time, so there are no surprises.

iv.

Lifetime Mentorship

Employment is never promised and should not be expected. However, every graduate becomes part of our studio family. Your Master Teacher, Deb Lemon, is your lifetime mentor — always available to help you find employment and to support your growth as a Teacher.
