Finding the building Our studio sits inside the Central Parkway professional complex at 145 NW Central Parkway, Suite 104, on the ground floor. The building entrance faces the parking lot — once inside, follow the corridor to the right and you'll see the Lucie Lemon Pilates door on your left.

Parking & access Free parking is available directly in front of the building, with ADA-accessible spaces near the main entrance. The studio is ground-floor, single-level, and step-free from the parking lot. If you have any access needs we should know about, just mention them when you book and we'll make sure your visit is comfortable.

What to bring Just yourself, fitted athletic clothing without metal hardware (zippers, snaps, belts can damage the upholstery), a water bottle, and an open mind. All equipment, props, mats, and accessories are provided. Grip socks are welcomed but not required — bare feet work beautifully with the apparatus.

Arrival time Please arrive five to ten minutes early so you can settle in, fill out a brief intake on your first visit, and meet your Teacher before we begin. The lobby has comfortable seating if you prefer to wait there.

If you're running late Text us at (215) 859-8180 and we'll do our best to accommodate. Out of fairness to other clients, sessions can't run beyond the scheduled time — but we'll work with whatever minutes remain.

Who we serve Lucie Lemon Pilates is the closest authentic Classical Pilates studio for clients across the Treasure Coast — including Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Vero Beach, Palm City, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, and the surrounding St. Lucie and Martin County communities. Many of our clients drive 20–40 minutes each way because the Method we teach is rare in this part of Florida.

Snowbirds & seasonal residents Visiting Florida for the season? You're welcome here. We accommodate seasonal residents and out-of-town visitors with flexible scheduling and short-term packages — please mention your dates when you reach out so we can plan around them.

Rescheduling & cancellations All sessions require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule without losing the session. We're a small studio and that policy is what lets us hold your Teacher's time for you. Inside 24 hours, group classes can typically be made up — privates cannot.

Virtual sessions We do not offer virtual or hybrid Pilates instruction. The Classical Method depends on hands-on cueing and the full apparatus, and we believe both are essential to teach safely and to teach the work the way Joseph Pilates intended.
