Build with purpose
Plan classes that move toward something, instead of stringing exercises together to fill an hour.
Master the art of Reformer sequencing. A three-hour, hands-on workshop for practicing Pilates teachers — held in-studio at Lucie Lemon Pilates.
If you already teach Reformer, you know the feeling: another class to plan, another sequence to piece together, another hour staring at a blank notes app. This is the system that ends that.
Open to any Pilates teacher currently teaching Reformer — regardless of where you trained.
Knowing Reformer exercises and knowing how to sequence them are two different things. Most teachers are taught the first and left to figure out the second one class at a time.
The Reformer FLOW Lab focuses on the part of teaching that usually gets skipped: the logic that connects one exercise to the next. You'll work through transitions, progressions, and pacing as a system you can apply again and again — not something you reinvent every time you sit down to plan.
Three hours on the apparatus, building sequences you'll actually teach on Monday.
Plan classes that move toward something, instead of stringing exercises together to fill an hour.
Shape a full arc for the class so every phase has a reason for being where it is.
Understand why certain orders work — transitions, spring changes, pacing, and position logic.
Keep classes fresh for regular clients using a framework you already have in hand.
Meet clients where they actually are and take them somewhere — deliberately, over time.
Design sequences you can carry across different classes, levels, and clients.
Open to Pilates teachers who currently teach Reformer classes, regardless of where you completed your original teacher training.
Held in-studio on our Reformers, so you practice the sequencing on the apparatus you teach on.
